Beyoncé has been a weave and long tresses hair don't care for years so of course it is possible to throw people for a loop.

Why is important to change your mind set about team building?

Sometimes people have to realize that team building is just not about you getting sign ups or as many signups as you can. Now, sign ups play of course an important role in this network marketing business, but building relationships first goes a long way. If you want to have a lot of money and build residual income, you have to a solid team foundation. Team building is designed to where everyone in your business is making money.

 

Levels to having a great team build for your business

First level to team building is setting expectations for yourself and those who join your team. You want to make sure that you are allowing people who have an open mind to building a business and people who are ambitious and motivated. You want to network with people who want to see success just like you. Remember if you don’t take your business or brand seriously no one else will. Team building creates a passion for success and a desire to win as team so that everyone is successful. Leave all frustration at the door.

Now the level is being a great example of a leader. Do not ask of your teammates to do things that you have not done or will not do. People that normally join a team their reason is because they see examples of leaders who they feel are successful and can be a good mentor. Make sure you are doing activities or using promotional tools that not only build for the company but also for your group.

The third level to a great team build is encouragement and being driven. No one wants a sponsor or a leader who is lazy and not motivated. How can you expect people to follow you if you aren’t willing to put in the work? Keep in mind, the success is not just handed to you, you have to go out there and work for it.
